The time has come for rock 'n roll! In addition to the meticulous gardening and the terraces under pergola, at UNIQUE we know how important swimming pools are. That is why they are all impeccable through the use of a small amount of salt (saline chlorinators). They have pool heating available all year round and are waiting for you, along with hammocks with extra-thick mattresses. Now all you need to do is enjoy the ‘dolce far niente’, the sweetness of doing nothing!

A unique fragrance ^
You could recognise our villas with your eyes closed. It’s all in the scent: basil, lemon, rosemary, cedarwood, amber… Each of our homes is wrapped in the iconic fragrances of the Italian brand Acqua di Parma.
All UNIQUE villas are equipped with a diffuser in the living room.
Scent is the first thing you feel. A soft presence in the air — woody, clean, almost warm. We believe that scent is memory. That a fragrance can hold an emotion. And give it back to you, without a word. In each villa, we choose notes that whisper calm. Acqua di Parma. Palo santo. Linen. Firewood. A silent ritual that makes you feel… at home.
La Casa Sul Lago. Buongiorno. Cologne. Calling them “diffusers” would miss their essence. They are the scent of sunshine, of joy, of holidays — bottled in yellow glass and designed to be part of your daily ritual.
We firmly believe in aromatherapy. That’s why, in every villa, you will find small pearls of fragrance: candles, incense, aromatic sticks. And in your welcome set, palo santo awaits you — its warm, woody sweetness softens the air and clears the mind.

Everything that touches your skin deserves to be treated with care. You might think: it’s only bedlinen. But we know there is nothing like that moment when you slip into a freshly made bed.

That is why we use only high-quality Egyptian cotton — breathable, cool, with the perfect touch.

Kitchens ^
Beyond having everything you might need, the kitchens in these Lajares villas come with thoughtful details: a Bosch induction hob, a Nespresso machine with a box of Lavazza capsules, carefully selected cutlery — including well-sharpened knives from Zara Home, fine glassware, a sample of extra virgin olive oil (to save you an unnecessary trip), and sea salt from the Salinas of Fuerteventura — wonderfully flavourful, perfect for cooking.

The fireplace is health. Especially on holiday, when we are more open to receiving its positive effects on our spirit.
It has also been noted that watching the flames of a fireplace can lower blood pressure and reduce anxiety levels. These findings support the idea that having a fireplace at home can contribute to creating a more relaxing environment, ideal for rest.
Research conducted by the Universities of Alabama and Illinois has shown that spending time in front of a fireplace can reduce blood pressure and slow the heart rate. These physiological effects are associated with a sense of relaxation and reduced stress. In addition, improvements in overall cognitive performance and adaptability to enriching activities were observed, suggesting further benefits for mental health.

It is gathered close by, from local producers we know by name.
